This wedding jar is painted with 2 Chinese character “Xi”, which means double happiness. There is also a lotus or “Lian” in Chinese, which is a pun for being together. The jar is in excellent condition with no cracks or restoration, except for some teeth bite near the mouth rim. The jar rings when struck.
