1. Introduction and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The general Terms and Conditions detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Company’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), belonging to Allcollectable. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These general Terms and Conditions are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express. written, prior dispensation. These Terms and Conditions are important to you and Company as they are used to protect your rights as a valued Customer and our rights as a business.

By using our Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. This agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted on the Website, and you should review this agreement prior to using the Site.

2. Access to the Website

We strive to ensure our Website is always up and available, but we cannot guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for general maintenance but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error-free.

3. Product information

All product names, descriptions and images on the Website are provided as accurate to our knowledge as possible. Due to differing opinions in the trade of collectables, we will not be liable for any mistakes or omissions for any information provided. The Customer should review the images or requests for more images, if needed, to determine if the product is up to standard before purchase.

4. Price

The prices indicated on the Website are shown in United States Dollar (US$). We reserve the right to change the Currency used at any time. The price shown for each item is the final price to be paid to the Website. The price does not include shipping as we provide free international shipping to more than 200 countries. In the event that shipping fees is required, we will contact you separately for additional  payment. We are not responsible for any additional payment including but not limited to taxes, transaction fees and/or currency exchange.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but this should be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our Website and is for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.

5. Availability

For most but not all items, there will only be one item in stock. We don’t see availability of an item as an issue for this Website. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances resulting in availability issues after payment is made, we reserve the right to cancel your order and the payment refunded to you.

6. Payment

We only accept PayPal on the Website to guarantee payment security, by encrypting the connection when transmitting information on the network. When you see the payment sign, you will know that your payment is secure. The name PayPal may appear on your bank account statement.

Complementary information may be requested, or demanded, in order to validate your purchase. Accordingly, in order to avoid any delays, when you place your order, please enter a valid email address.

In the event that you really want to purchase from us but unable to make payment using PayPal, please contact us through email at sales@allcollectable.com. We will work with you on alternative payment methods. Our decision on the use of any alternative payment methods will be final. Please note that if we suspect fraudulent activities for any scenarios, we have the right to cancel the transaction and/or escalate to authorities for security reasons.

7. DELIVERY

At Allcollectable, we show that we value our clients by providing free international shipping to more than 200 countries. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email within 24 hours to confirm additional delivery information. After confirmation, items will be shipped within 3 business days.  Please note that items will only be shipped to your address as stated in the PayPal transaction page. Items are shipped via carriers with package tracking. Allcollectable is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

The package will be sent from Singapore and the delivery time will vary depending on your country (usually within 14 days). Once we have dispatched the package, we will update you on the delivery tracking number and estimated delivery time.

In any circumstances in which we are unable to deliver to your specific location and/or if we suspect possible fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your order and payment refunded to you.

8. Returns

At Allcollectable, we strive to provide 100% satisfaction to our clients. As much as possible, we would like to minimize returns as our collectables are fragile, precious and irreplaceable. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please inform us at sales@allcollectable.com within 7 days upon receiving the package. We will work with you for the return shipping process. In order to prevent any abuse of returns and to protect our precious collections, you would be required to bear the costs of return shipping.

We will only provide refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees, shipping fees and US$30 handling fee) upon receiving the item in its original condition. We do not accept the return of any incorrect or damaged items. We are also not responsible for package lost in transit. The decision of providing refund by us will be final.

9. Privacy and protection of personal data

The details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of your orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, therefore failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Website, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms and Conditions.

You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you. You can at any time make a request to us to find out what personal information we hold concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information. You may at any time request not to receive any further e-mails from us by emailing your request to sales@allcollectable.com.

Cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Before any information is recorded, an alert message may ask you whether you would like to enable cookies, and you may refuse if you wish. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.

10. Intellectual ownership

All the content on Allcollectable website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Allcollectable. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by Allcollectable. In the event of unlawful use of our content, you may be liable to be severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this agreement or use of the Site.

12. Feedback & Comments

Any opinions left on the Website by customers are screened and moderated by us. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), we reserve the right to refuse or modify it.
