Delivery and returns
At Allcollectable, we show that we value our clients by providing free international shipping to more than 200 countries. Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email within 24 hours to confirm additional delivery information. After confirmation, items will be shipped within 3 business days. Please note that items will only be shipped to your address as stated in the PayPal transaction page. Items are shipped via carriers with package tracking. Allcollectable is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
The package will be sent from Singapore and the delivery time will vary depending on your country (usually within 14 days). Once we have dispatched the package, we will update you on the delivery tracking number and estimated delivery time.
In any circumstances in which we are unable to deliver to your specific location and/or if we suspect possible fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your order and payment refunded to you.
At Allcollectable, we strive to provide 100% satisfaction to our clients. As much as possible, we would like to minimize returns as our collectables are fragile, precious and irreplaceable. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please inform us at email@example.com within 7 days upon receiving the package. We will work with you for the return shipping process. In order to prevent any abuse of returns and to protect our precious collections, you would be required to bear the costs of return shipping.
We will only provide refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees, shipping fees and US$30 handling fee) upon receiving the item in its original condition. We do not accept the return of any incorrect or damaged items. We are also not responsible for package lost in transit. The decision of providing refund by us will be final.
