China antique export rule has further tightened . In the past, only antiques dating back to year 1795 and before were prohibited from export. However, after changes to the regulation, the antique export prohibition rule has extended its reach to antiques dating back to year 1911 and before. Important  pre-1949 antiques are also included in the prohibition list. In order to protect antiques of  minority races, pre-1966 antiques from minority regions are prohibited from export.
